Kapiti Wireless sells a wide range of internet, wireless and networking products. Most of our products are sold to clients that then ask us to install them. We now offer Installation and local delivery on all products we sell (some minor exclusions such as roof mounts – you’ll need an electrician or TV aerial guy).
Deposit
All hardware purchases via Kapiti Wireless require a 50% deposit, this secures your order and reserves any stock. Upon installation or delivery you will pay the 50% balance via EFTPOS.
Balance Payment
We carry EFTPOS machines and can accept payment on delivery or after installation. Full payment must be made before goods are left at your property. Kapiti Wireless owns these goods until payment has been made. Warranty starts once full payment has been received.
Installation
We offer installation service in these areas;
- Raumati, Paraparaumu, Waikanae, Te Horo: $149 incl GST
- Pukerua Bay, Paekakariki, Hautere, Otaki, Manakau: $169 incl GST.
We will contact you after purchase to arrange an installation date and time. Most products are in stock and installation can usually happen within 1-3 days. Some products may come from our supplier in Christchurch and require 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse. This means for some products installation takes 3-5 days.
If you need installation urgently please contact us prior to avoid disappointment.
Most of our products can be installed within 1 hour. Your local IT installer will bring your equipment and install on your installation date/time. They do carry some extra parts that complement alot of our products such as ethernet cables, batteries, screws etc so there may be an additional charge if additional parts/products are required to install your product/s.
Our installation service includes up to 1.5 hours of on site service. If due to reasons outside our control this time takes longer an additional fee of ($28.70/15 minutes) will apply.
Once booked, our installation service can be cancelled and local delivery chosen instead for a $50 admin fee.
Local Delivery
We only sell to Wellington and Manawatu, or more focused the Kapiti Coast and Horowhenua.
Our team will deliver your product to you and complete your remaining 50% balance payment.
If you’d like to subsequently arrange installation, this can be arranged on a following day for $115 per hour.
