We provide product support for all products we sell. Complimentary email is provided for basic queries or assistance/recommendations. We are available for initial installation plus offer on site support and assistance with all products we supply at budget friendly callout rates.
Most support jobs can be generally be done within one or two business days subject to availability. Same day requests, guaranteed time critical requests or after-hours 24/7 jobs please call us to book. Enterprise includes small business networking i.e. Ubiquti, Aruba, Juniper even if you’re using it at home.
Residential Support Rates (Including GST)
- On site Monday – Friday 8am-8pm: $115 per hour, minimum 1 hour then 15min increments
- Same day: +$57.50 on first hour
- Saturday & Sunday: +$57.50 on first hour
- Public holidays / 8pm-8am / time critical: $230 per hour
- Travel surcharge if required (see below)
Business & Enterprise Support Rates (Excluding GST)
- On site Monday – Friday 8am-8pm: $125 per hour, minimum 1 hour then 15min increments
- Same day: +$50 on first hour
- Saturday & Sunday: +$50 on first hour
- Public holidays/8pm-8am/time critical: $250 per hour
- Travel surcharge if required (see below).
Travel Rates (Incl GST).
- Raumati/Pram/Waikanae/Te Horo: Free
- Pukerua Bay, Otaki, Manakau: +$25
- Porirua/Wellington: +$45
- Ohau & Levin: +$65.
